Kadiev & Partners is a law firm that was established in 2021.

Its founder, Mgr. Akbulat Kadiev, received his master’s degree in the field of law at the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague and in year 2012 he attended an International and Comparative Business Law Program at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg.

After successfully passing the bar exam, as well as during his studies at universities, he gained valuable experience while working at Czech and international law offices. He is fluent in Czech, English and Russian and speaks German on an advanced level.

Beyond the scope required by law and professional regulations, our office is insured for professional liability for damage caused to the client in the amount of CZK 50,000,000, including potential liability for damage to money, promissory notes and/or bills of exchange, securities and valuables or tangible movable property taken over to attorney’s custody.

Our experience and expertise

Kadiev & Partners focuses on providing legal services both in the field of public and private law. We have extensive experience in the field of criminal law, including some specific areas, such as economic crimes, extradition proceedings, etc. We provide comprehensive services in all branches of immigration law, including visa issues, citizenship proceedings, deportation, and asylum proceedings.

We represent clients in private law disputes, both in court proceedings and out-of-court dispute resolutions, including legal relations with an international element. Within the framework of private law, we also focus on issues of family law, especially on divorces, settlement of joint assets of spouses and childcare. An integral part of our practice is also the contracting process, representing clients at business negotiations, acquisition of real estate and related services, such as creating and managing an attorney’s escrow account. We always have an individual approach to our clients, while we guarantee the high quality, professionalism and punctuality of the services provided. In our office, employees are required to know at least 3 languages, which allows us to have clients from many different countries.
