Czech immigration law tends to, systematically and regularly, introduce more restrictions on foreigners, especially recently, and therefore toughen the conditions for legal migration to the Czech Republic. Moreover, immigration law is one of the most volatile branches of Czech legislation. Therefore, it is necessary to get professional help with the preparation of all documents for the purpose of obtaining any residence permits. To do so, you need to reach out to a qualified lawyer.
Kadiev & Partners provides legal assistance in obtaining all types of visas, a residence permit (“dlouhodobý pobyt” in Czech), including the labor/work card (“zaměstnanecká karta” in Czech), a permanent residence (“povolení k trvalému pobytu” in Czech) as well as Czech citizenship.
In case your application to obtain or extend your visa or residence permit has already been rejected, we can also prepare an appeal for you to challenge the decision, as well as take over the entire communication with state authorities.
The consultation fee is CZK 5 000/hour. Make an appointment with us to get a consultation and our experts will provide you with options and a list of necessary documents needed for you to legally move to or stay in the Czech Republic.

You can apply for a permanent residence after 5 years of continuous stay in the Czech Republic, but the process is not so simple, because depending on your visa history, 5 calendar years may not always correspond to how the period of 5 years of continuous stay would be calculated in accordance with the law (f. e. if you have a student visa, one year of its validity only counts as half a year of residence). Furthermore, in some cases it is possible to apply for a permanent residence before the 5-year period expires. Also, you must not have debts, must have a clean criminal record and must show sufficient (legal) income to live in the Czech Republic.

The asylum procedure is regulated by Act No. 325/1999 Coll., on asylum, as well as international treaties.
Upon submitting an official application to get asylum in the Czech Republic, the applicant will undergo a review – the Ministry of Internal Affairs will assess the "degree of reliability" of the information provided by the asylum seeker, it will also procure their medical examination and conduct a personal interview, in order to further clarify the reasons for fleeing their own country.
In general, it can be said that political asylum in the Czech Republic is given reluctantly. Especially after the influx of a large number of migrants to Europe, the requirements for asylum seekers have become stricter. Therefore, especially at the initial stage of the asylum procedure, it is important to have a qualified lawyer on your side, who will attend the applicant's interviews at the Ministry of the Interior and ensure compliance with all procedural rules.
If you don't want to take any risks, contact us. Our lawyers have many years of experience in this field and will help you gather all the necessary documents, prepare you for the interview and explain other important nuances that need to be considered, depending on your grounds for seeking asylum.
